A. We offer a range of different sizes* and shapes to suit your needs:

Q. Is every apartment pet-friendly?
A. We’re a pet-friendly community, welcoming up to two small size cats or dogs into each and every apartment.
Q. What contract lengths do you offer?
A. We wish you could stay forever but sadly we all have to move on at some point. Our contracts start from anywhere between 6 and 36 months.
Q. Do I have to pay extra for the furniture?
A. Your apartment comes completely furnished, appliances and all – at no extra cost.
Q. Is there somewhere to store my bicycle?
A. Yep, we have an internal bicycle storage so you don’t have to carry your muddy wheels upstairs and into your nice, clean hallway.
Q. Do I have to pay extra to use the facilities?
A. Nope, definitely not. Everything from the gym, communal lounge, flexible work spaces and broadband are all free of charge.
Q. Do you offer a Deposit Alternative Scheme?
A. We’re happy to offer all our tenants a deposit alternative scheme should they request one. Just mention it when you’re chatting to us about your application.
Q. What do you mean when you say "make yourself at home"?
A. We mean, if you find plain walls bland, hang a photo or picture to put your stamp on it. Want to have a few friends round? Go for it. All we ask is that you’re respectful of your neighbours – and the hard work we went into creating these stunning new apartments.
